Return and Refund Policy
At ATV Plate Pro, we take pride in the quality and precision of our custom-manufactured products. Because our plates are custom-made to your specific requirements, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
Custom Order Policy
All sales are considered final. Because these items are custom-produced and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or customer-ordered errors.
Our Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error made on our part (e.g., incorrect spelling or design that does not match your approved proof):
- We will correct and replace the item(s) at no additional charge.
- Replacement orders for our errors will be prioritized in our production queue.
Client-Side Errors
If a mistake is made on the client’s end (e.g., incorrect data provided, typos in the order, or ordering the wrong size/material):
- The client will be responsible for the cost of redoing the item.
- Standard wholesale pricing and shipping rates will apply to the corrected order.
7-Day Reporting Window
To ensure a quick resolution, all requests for redo's, corrections, or claims regarding order discrepancies must be received within 7 business days of the order delivery date.
- How to file a claim: Please email us at Send E-mail with your order number and clear description of the issue.
- Claims submitted after the 7-day window will not be eligible for no-charge corrections.
