Terms of Service
Welcome to ATV Plate Pro. By placing a wholesale order with us, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the manufacturing and sale of our custom products.
New Accounts: All shipments for new accounts must be paid in advance by credit card. To request Net 30 credit terms, please complete and submit our credit application found here.
Open Accounts: Net 30 days, payment by check or ACH are accepted. Any deductions from remittances must be authorized in writing. All Credit Card payments will incur a 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Wallet payment options (Google Pay, Apple Pay) will incur a 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction processing fee. ACH, Bank Transfers will incur 0.5% processing fee, capped at $5.00 per transaction. ACH Debit - one-time payment from your bank account will incur a 1.0% processing fee, capped at $9.00 per transaction. Past due accounts will be charged a $25.00 late fee plus 1.5% per month. All payments on past due accounts must include late fees and interest. Any shipment to a customer not in good standing must be prepaid by credit card or bank transfer. PAST DUE ACCOUNTS WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING.
Returned Checks: A $33.00 service charge will be charged for each returned check. Any returned checks will be turned over for collections and the check writer will be liable for all collections fees. Future orders will only be accepted with credit card or certified funds.
Shipping Rates & Thresholds
We are pleased to offer simplified shipping tiers based on your order total:

Orders of $100.00 or more: Free Standard Shipping.

Orders under $100.00: Shipping charges will be calculated and applied at checkout based on the delivery destination.
Carriers & Methods
We primarily utilize USPS for the majority of our shipments due to the compact size of our products. However, we may use UPS at our discretion for larger domestic shipments or when it ensures a more timely delivery to your location.

Tracking: Once your order has been manufactured and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Estimates: Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped, though carrier delays are outside of our direct control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. As a B2B provider, we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the client. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the client will be responsible for the "Redo/Reship" costs as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Email Us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim and getting your replacement plates into production.
Back Orders: We will make every effort to ship orders placed by 3:00pm CST on the following business day. All back orders will be shipped as merchandise becomes available unless previously cancelled by the customer.
Returns: All sales are considered final. Because our products are custom-made per order and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind” or customer-ordered errors. However, we do stand behind our products. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error made on our part (e.g., incorrect spelling or registration number) we will correct and replace the item(s) at no additional charge. Replacement orders for our errors will be prioritized in our production queue. If the mistake is made on the client’s end (e.g., incorrect data provided, typos in the order, or ordering the wrong design, size or material), the client will be responsible for the cost of redoing the item. Custom Order & Proofing Process
To ensure accuracy, all custom orders follow a strict proofing process:

Digital Proofs: We will provide a digital proof for every new custom design. It is the Client’s responsibility to review all details, including spelling, dimensions, colors, and layout.

Approval: Production will not begin until we receive written or electronic approval of the proof.

Binding Approval: Once a proof is approved, ATV Plate Pro is not responsible for any errors (typographical or design-based) that were present in the approved proof. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional setup or production fees.
Intellectual Property

Client Content: By providing logos, trademarks, or designs, the Client represents that they own the rights to use such imagery. The Client agrees to indemnify ATV Plate Pro against any legal claims regarding trademark or copyright infringement related to the provided artwork.

Manufacturing Rights: We reserve the right to display photos of completed custom plates in our marketing materials or portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is requested in writing prior to production.
Limitation of Liability: ATV Plate Pro’s total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the total purchase price of the specific items in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of business or profit) resulting from product defects or delivery delays.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Anoka County, MN.
